Please read these terms carefully before using the mcwbn platform. By accessing mcwbn, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mcwbn platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and related features accessible at mcwbn.ws (the "Platform"). 1. Eligibility

mcwbn reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mcwbn Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or devices, is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mcwbn reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions or bonus balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mcwbn will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were the person who performed the action. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mcwbn immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

mcwbn operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo identification and proof of address — prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any point where mcwbn deems verification necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until documentation is provided and verified.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your mcwbn account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending bets must be settled and outstanding withdrawal requests must be processed. If you are closing your account as a responsible gaming measure, please inform our support team so they can apply a self-exclusion record to prevent re-registration.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. mcwbn will notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Any dormancy administration fee applied will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

mcwbn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the mcwbn Platform unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

  1. Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
  2. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player household and per device. mcwbn reserves the right to verify this through device fingerprinting and transaction analysis.

5. Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion.   2. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent Platform rules.
  3. Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account or process withdrawals.
  4. Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once, or to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension.
  5. Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime.

Where mcwbn determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, mcwbn reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of the prohibited conduct, regardless of their outcome, and to recover any funds paid out in connection with such bets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mcwbn Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the property of mcwbn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mcwbn. Unauthorised use of mcwbn's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data

mcwbn collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. mcwbn uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and Platform servers. mcwbn does not sell your personal data to third parties. 9. Limitation of Liability

  2. mcwbn has reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a criminal offence.
  3. You have requested voluntary self-exclusion, or mcwbn has determined that continued access to the Platform poses a risk to your wellbeing under responsible gaming obligations.
  4. mcwbn is required by applicable laws or regulations to cease providing services to you, including changes in the regulatory environment that affect the Platform's ability to operate in your jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

mcwbn may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects your rights as a player or the obligations of mcwbn — we will provide notice via a prominent in-Platform notification or by sending a message to your registered mobile number at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
